- It's closer to home
- That means that you're not making your family drive oh, an hour to Salt Lake.
- It's easier for others to come, they don't have to travel
- There's less people there so:
- You get what I call the royal treatment (ask Nicholle)
- You're not rushed in or out
- She is THE bride not one of several.
- You can more easily get the date you want and not the one they say
- No waiting for pictures, you take them wherever you want.
- It's a temple the ordinances are the SAME
- It's just as beautiful , in not more, inside including sealing rooms.
- It's OUR temple, you know the one in OUR area that made made for US.
- Lastly: (not that all think this) We should never underestimate or even look down upon God's temple and house. How must He feel?

My husband is a photographer and up until last year he had NEVER shot a wedding at Ogden but now about half his Brides are choosing Ogden so they are coming around to Ogden. Slowly but surely. I think all the remodeling with the landscaping they did to entice Brides helped.
Kelly got sealed there. It was nice. I agree....a perfect choice. Are you making some plans we ought to know about Tim? J/K
All the cute little ladies made the biggest fuss over me, and I was the only one in the bride room, it was really cool I must admit.
I have long loved the Ogden Temple and can't understand why so many people put it down. You are right, it is beautiful inside and you are treated like a queen. Although, they do close for cleaning during prime wedding weeks, like when I got married and it was closed. :(
Oh, I love the pic you have of you in the tree, it is pretty cool.
